The collection and processing of personal data takes place in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

9. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All educational materials, concepts, methodologies, and other learning products created by FinSafeMaster are protected by copyright and held as educational intellectual property. At the participant's request, specific confidentiality agreements can be made to regulate this point in more detail.

11. Liability and Educational Disclaimer

FinSafeMaster provides educational guidance and training services with the utmost care and to the best of our knowledge and educational expertise. However, we do not guarantee the achievement of specific financial outcomes, as financial education is a deeply personal journey. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence and is limited in amount to the agreed fee. Liability for slight negligence, indirect outcomes, or personal financial journey variations is excluded.

12. Term and Educational Completion

For ongoing educational relationships, the term and notice period are based on the individual educational agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, a notice period of 30 days with respect and professionalism applies. Both parties reserve the right to complete the relationship for important educational reasons. Completion requires written form and mutual respect.

13. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. An effective provision that comes closest to the educational purpose of the invalid provision shall replace the invalid provision. Changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be in writing. Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, insofar as legally permissible.
